The highly anticipated Swan is finally open in the Miami Design District, marking the debut of the first partnership between Miami hospitality mogul David Grutman, singer/producer Pharrell Williams, and French chef and winner of Europe’s Top Chef season three, Jean Imbert.
The two-floor, 13,500-square-foot, 250-seat restaurant’s interior was designed by Ken Fulk and Kobi Karp Architecture. Swan, which is located on the first floor, features a palette of soft pinks and grays, jewel-like finishes, and artwork by fashion illustrator David Downton.
